Vanuatu is only 2.5 hours flying time North East of Brisbane and 3.5 hours from Sydney and a little over 2 hours from Auckland, New Zealand.

Many of the islands of Vanuatu have been inhabited for thousands of years, the oldest archaeological evidence found dating to 2000 BC.

Vanuatu is the land of so much to see, so much to do with a reputation for interesting, fun and educational activities to suit any travellers expectations, from treks and abseiling to deserted beach picnics and wreck dive explorations to Cultural villages.

Vanuatu has a blend of intact tribal communities infused with a rich English and French influence. The people of Vanuatu are extremely friendly and happy. The Happy Planet Index voted it the happiest country on earth and once you visit there it's easy to see why with the laid back lifestyle and abundance of smiles everywhere you go...The fact that the diet of locals here consists entirely of organic foods may also have something to do with it.
